About Becca

The CrossFit Newquay nutrition programme is led by Becca Pearce, a qualified Nutrition Advisor and Diet & Lifestyle Educator trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.


She has completed specialist training in sports and body composition nutrition, including CrossFit Level 1 Nutrition and BioLayne Clean Health Levels 1 and 2, and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

Becca works with people who train hard and want their nutrition to support performance, recovery, and long-term health — helping you build simple, sustainable habits that get real results.
